Entering in the final stage of the project- Launching the course for mentors on Apprenticeship-management

The project is getting into its final stage and this month we are launching one of its final results: Course on Apprenticeship-Management specially dedicated to mentors
The ApT consortium has created this custom course for Small and Medium-Sizes Enterprises (SMEs) which covers the following themes: key features of the aprenticeship-management; integrating placements into strategic workforce planning, gaining the support of colleagues and senior managers, drawing up an apprenticeship agreement and employment contract, managing, mentoring and supporting your apprentice, assessing performance, integrating apprentices into the company workforce.

This course for mentors has a duration of 42 days and will be implemented in Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia in their native languages.
It will be launched in the following dates:

September 7th, 2020 in Slovenia,
September 8th, 2020 in Croatia,
September 15th, 2020 in Czech Republic.
